Blues Dancing Attire
First and foremost, wear something comfortable. Blues dance halls are crowded, you'll be dancing in close embrace, and it will often be hot/sweaty.
Some people prefer to wear "period" attire of the 20's-40's; many dance in jeans and t-shirts. Just be clean, odiferously non-offensive, and put on your most warm/joyful countenance.
Wear comfortable shoes - many wear rubber-soled shoes for better traction; jazz shoes work great if you intend to slide. Women generally do not wear ballroom heels, but do wear shoes that you can easily turn/pivot in.
